Self Install:
For those comfortable with adding new hardware, installing new software, and customizing program settings. Installation and training videos are included.
Professional Install:
If you aren't comfortable with computers, or are technically challenged, then for only $599 we make it easy! Our skilled touring technicians have been trained to install and integrate all the software and hardware into your system and workflow.
The technician will:
- Install and verify all the software, plugins and virtual backgrounds
- Integrate all the software, plugins and virtual backgrounds with your teleconferencing applications.
- Show you how to care for the equipment and protect your investment.
- Ensure all cables are neat and tidy, and out of the way.
- Leave you with tips and tricks on how to get the most out of the package in your environment. They will help you to "Look, Sound and Feel Amazing!"™
The package will be sent to your installer. They will bring it to your address at a mutually convenient appointment time. (We will contact you after your purchase to set that up.) Our installers will observe all health and safety precautions, including Covid precautions.
Remote Installation:
Taking virus precautions? On the move? No problem! We'll set up a zoom with one of our professional crew so that they can talk you through plugging everything in, and remotely control your computer to install the sofware, plugins and background(s).
