Professional Installation:

If you're not comfortable with computers, adding new hardware or installing software, then for only $599 we make it easy! Our skilled touring technicians have been trained to install and integrate all the software and hardware into your system and workflow.

The technician will:

• Install and verify all the software, plugins and virtual backgrounds
• Integrate all the software, plugins and virtual backgrounds with your teleconferencing applications.
• Show you how to care for the equipment and protect your investment.
• Ensure all cables are neat and tidy, and out of the way.
• Leave you with tips and tricks on how to get the most out of the package in your environment. They will help you to "Look, Sound and Feel Amazing!"™ 

The package will be sent to your installer. They will bring it to your address at a mutually convenient appointment time. (We will contact you after your purchase to set that up.) Our installers will observe all health and safety precautions, including Covid precautions. 

Remote Installation:

Taking virus precautions? On the move? No problem! We'll set up a zoom with one of our professional crew so that they can talk you through plugging everything in, and remotely control your computer to install the sofware, plugins and background(s).

Shipping Info

Shipping policy:

• Product will be shipped within 2 business days after payment, via ground. Epedited shipping available.
• If you have selected Custom Install, it will be shipped to your local installer.

Hardware warranties will be covered by the respective product manufacturers.

We offer a full money back guarantee on all purchases made on our website, under these conditions:

• If you are unhappy with the product that you have purchased from us, please let us know. Our Returns & Refunds Policy gives you 30 days to return an item.

• After the 30 day period, we cannot offer you a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product (or service) in the first 30 days after their purchase to ensure it meets your needs.

• To be eligible for a refund, all physical products must be in new condition, packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, labels, free gifts, bonus items, manuals and documentation, and anything else that shipped with the product. 

• Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

• Any installed software / apps / plugins etc. must be removed from all computers / devices.

If you have any questions or would like to request a refund, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Refunds (if applicable)

When your returned article is received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you whether your refund has been approved or declined.

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 14 calendar days. If you have paid for the standard delivery of the goods, the cost of standard delivery will also be refunded

In some cases, only partial refunds might be granted (if applicable)

• Products with obvious signs of use

• Any article that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons that are not due to our error: and

• Any article returned more than 30 days after delivery.
